Getting Started
The Bedside Bike is designed for and alongside patients. We want this to be as comfortable and easy as possible. If you have questions, your providers and our team members are available to help. Please see the User Manual for more detailed instructions regarding setup and use.

Before You Start:
- Ensure a therapist or nurse checks you're good to go with using the Bedside Bike.
- Sit comfortably and let the therapist adjust the bike for you.
Using the Bike:
- Begin pedaling at a pace that feels right for you – there’s no rush.
- If anything feels off or uncomfortable, let your therapist know immediately.
During Your Session:
- Enjoy the movement and focus on your breathing.
- Stay hydrated – have a sip of water if you need it.
After Your Session:
- Slow down gradually and then stop – let’s not hit the brakes too fast.
- Share how you felt during the exercise with your therapist – we love to hear your progress!

Keep It Clean:
- Clean your hands before and after using the Bedside Bike.
- If you can, give the handlebars a quick wipe-down – we appreciate it!
Remember:
- The Bedside Bike is here to help you get stronger and feel better.
- Take it one step at a time – your health and safety are what matter most.
